Hellllo everyone! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Katie!

(That's me, in case you were wondering) 

I live north of Chicago, ya know, where the cornfields are kept in Illinois. There is absolutely nothing to do where I live, so I read and write a whole lot!

Just kidding, there is actually a lot to do where I live. I'm at the halfway point between Milwaukee and Chicago so if I was motivated I could do all kinds of things! Unfortunately I hate being in the car and traffic makes me cranky so I avoid both cities as much as possible.

That being said, I'd drive all the way to Chicago solely to get a hot dog. What? A good Chicago style hot dog is my kryptonite.

Moral of the story here is I'm too lazy to go to these magical cultural hubs.

And seeing as you can experience all four seasons in one day in my neck of the woods it's sometimes safer to stay put. On these days I do one of a few things (never leaving the comfort of my jammies might I add):

1. Take a nap (never underestimate the power of a good ol' nap)
2. Curl up in my fave chair and read the day away (sometimes into the wee hours of the morning, don't judge me)
3. Binge on Netflix (again, don't judge, I knooow you do it too)

While partaking in items two and three there is either copious amounts of coffee or unhealthy amounts of junk food. 

Absolutely Unsure is my way of figuring out life, and hopefully helping someone else out along the way.
